App works fine. But the opening screen "Snapshot", to see balances without logging in, etc. is very annoying to see every single time I log in. I know about it, don't want it and have it turned off in my settings but I still have to swipe it away every time. Please get rid of it. 2/3/20 update. Snapshot still the same so I've lowered my rating to 1 star. Also need to add more info on what kinds of checks are not accepted. Wasted 45 min on the phone with a mobile app CS person to find this out.

I've been with this bank for years. It used to be amazing but has gone so far down hill in the past couple of years. I've had an issue with online/mobile banking for nearly 6 months now. My escrow and mortgage transaction history has vanished. Quorum told me for months it was an IT issue they were working on fixing. Now I'm getting calls from the mortgage holder telling me that this is how it always worked, and now Quorum is parroting the same BS. So done with this bank.

App doesn't work anymore on Android Galaxy J phones. Been a loyal customer for many years. Quorum says they are "working" on the issue. Doubt it will be resolved. Has been months now where the app no longer works.. Disappointing.
