Ratings and reviews

Many correct answers are marked as incorrect when even in the description of the correct answer it quotes the same word for word answer that was chosen and can be corroborated by the book. Some sections, the questions have very broken English and create confusion when studying. When the questions are valid, and the app works correctly, it's okay, but I wouldn't risk using this as a serious study resource. The pool of questions is also quite limited, so multiple run-throughs will get repetitive.

This app was extremely valuable in my preparation for my ITIL exam thus far. The curriculum is organized in accordance with the official axelos books. It also has an easy to access buit in feedback and corrections tool. Additionally, I was offered outstanding support upon experiencing an application issue. The support team provided me with timely updates, kept me informed all the way, and resolved the issues I reported in a professional way. I highly recommend using the app to prepare exams. 🙂

Bilby is a great app, I have tried multiple diffrent exam applications but none of them got me anywhere, whereas Bilby has had all the practice exams to prepare me for my real exam which was last week and I had gotten a easy pass because of Bilby...The scoring system is unbelievably great!
