Wanted to cancel my subscription because of unforseen circumstances and didn't need the app. There's no way to cancel your subscription in-app or on the website. Tried calling customer support the last couple days, going through all options, only got the "all agents are busy at this time, leave a voicemail and we'll get back you" and thats 100% unacceptable. I'm done with this app and company. It feels like a trap and I'm not interested in that BS.

The app used to show the "Average Line Haul Rate", it no longer does. Now it only shows the "Average Rate Per Mile". Now you have to get the calculator out and multiply the mileage by the rate per mile to get total, which is a big inconvenience when you look at hundreds of loads. Probably going to cancel my subscription and purchase DAT Loadboard if the don't put the Average Linehaul Rate back in the app.
