This is the perfect fasting app for me. It has water reminders. It informs you of the stages your body goes through during your fast. Your able to track your weight. And it has a community of fasters. Love that I can record my mood and thoughts! Awesome app!

It's helpful using this apps without the added payment to prepare one's individual to fast. It's informative not only help adults but having it's basic reviews, learnings and understanding of intermittent fasting for proper and disciplined implementation.
