Had my new ceiling fan installed today. Went to connect it to the Grid app so I can then connect to Alexa, but it won't connect the fan. I followed the instruction that came with it, then on the website and them whatever I could find on the internet. I have a home full of smart devices from lights to washing machines, dishwashers, and tons of other stuff. This is the most difficult one yet and I still haven't been able to connect it. infuriating!

The worst product on the market multiplies the frustration by having to interact with this nonsensical, dodgy app developed by someone who has never had to navigate it. Their "Customer Service" asleep at the wheel and clearly could not give a flying toss. Avoid.

sometimes the items disconnect itself... no working properly with google.. you have to re start the app frequently.... the products are ok.. but the app have so many glitches that you cant be sure that will work or not...
