Disappointed with Service - Late Deliveries and Poor Communication. I have been using the Elezaby application for a while now, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Despite placing orders in advance, the deliveries are consistently late, and what's even more frustrating is the lack of response from the customer service team. I have made several attempts to contact customer support regarding my late orders, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

The worst service and the slowest delivery. If you don't search for your order that you paid for & ordered from the application, it will not reach you and they won't care about you. The delivery is written within two hours, but it reaches you after more than three hours; that is if it reaches at all. A recurring problem & I have complained to the management more than once without any remediation or solution, especially the Faisal Madkour branch. I don't recommend it at all & I'll delete the app.

They don't have any return policy or whatsoever, to return the item you have to call the call center multiple times and then they ask you to come to the branch if you want to return it.. i am talking about a pressure measure device. i don't recommend at all. Update: I have been contacted by a representative of ElEzaby who was very helpful and decent. To elaborate more on the issue here is related to Return Policy of electronic medical devices which is still un-clear in the application.
