just three stars because, although it's very useful to have everything in one app, if you have promo codes for the bike rides you can't insert them in the app, even the promos of the card CGN.

Ea sy efficient and ideal for tourists An ideal way for tourists, especially non Italian and German speakers, to arrange transport and call cab

Worst app for taxi. Worst customer support. We book a taxi at 20:00, at 20:45 still nothing come. There is no customer support in the app. So you have to call the taxi provider. Once you speak english, they hang up on you. You can't email to Urbi but you have to contact taxi provider directly. Hope we can find some way to get a refund.

What’s new

In this version, we’ve worked behind the scenes to fix some minor bugs and introduce a new service for those traveling in Tuscany: Autolinee Toscane tickets. You can now purchase public transport tickets directly from the app, making your journey even simpler and more integrated!
