when I'm in elite and I go somewhere where no smartwatches allowed and then I'm not wearing watch for a few days and then I immediately drop off from elite to the lower levels . I hope that you add a button which when clicked it tells the app that the watch wasn't used today so the level shouldn't be affected

Good app for fitness, I like it.But today I am not able to make payments through PayTM why ? Dont understand. This app doesn't work properly. In the morning the vedios doesn't load, if it loads doesn't log, very badly maintained and not user friendly.

It’s really unfair that the GOQii app doesn’t allow linking smartwatches from other brands like Samsung or apple. They only support their own GOQii wearables, which feels like they’re forcing users to buy their devices. Even if you connect via Google Fit, the syncing is highly inaccurate—almost half the steps don’t get recorded. For example, if I complete 10k steps, the GOQii app only shows 4k–5k but in google fit it is 10k. This is unfair and cheating.
