Ratings and reviews

Overall app design is good and more insight for motivation to be active everyday. I have been using this app for the last 45 days and I found the worst thing is logging the activity using GPS is dropping many times. I have run 10k and it shows no activity. This happened more than 5 times. Either Goqii push customer to purchase the watch or has a scope of improvement.

Thrid class application. They provide gift vouchers without any proper validity and the app doesnt even had option the validity. Then after escalating this, they had enhanced the application to build such option. They dont have proper mechanism to capture referral details aswell. Overall one of the worst apps related to health and well-being.

App is very poorly built. I am frequently writting mails to GOQii support team from Dec-24, till now unable to fix the issue. Every alternate day cycling kms are not getting sycned. Till now I have written dozens of mails to support team . Only response I get backend team is investigating this (from Dec-24 onwards). Let me know if your team is going to fix this issue?
