I think Hume health is awesome. I enjoy the information and feedback that I get from the data on the app. I think the devices are pretty cool. I would give five stars but unfortunately the band that holds the device on your arm sucks. It needs to be improved. The elastic is not conducive to the workouts that I do and I have to continuously tighten the band throughout the day because it starts to slip off. currently it's got a huge length of elastic band because it's all stretched out.

I took the plunge and bought the body pod because it was supposed to offer suggestions for how to "fix" my biggest issue (eat more protein, eat more fiber, less cardio, more strength training, that sort of thing). It doesn't but I still like what it does offer so I'm going to keep it but only use the free version of the app.

I was very excited for the scale app doesn't work. I tried to connect with Bluetooth, but it cannot find the pod. I was trying to delete the app and reinstalling but it will not connect. Without the app the scale is useless , after several hours I managed to connect the app and do the measurements . but minutes later when I open it for another measurement, it went back to the log in page and I had to start all over again. im now ready to return the item.
