can't specify any color. only fully saturated colors. You can't pick less saturated colors other than white. the color fading option doesn't allow you to pick custom colors. for example, if you wanted to shift between different types of purple. You can only use the predefined colors they have. the app shows good potential but needs work.

It's gotten better for ease of use but still is far from perfect. No way to utilize music playlists, so if I want to use the music mode I have to search through my hundreds of downloaded songs every song. DIY light settings don't give you access to all the colors (I want a orange to purple fade, neither of those colors are a DIY option).

The problem - it controls lights via Bluetooth. SO, if your phone goes out of range, then you cannot control the lights. I love the music playing option, but again it only works while the phone is in close range. I have two lights, one in the front and one in the back yard. I can only control one at a time. If it was via wifi, then I can easily control both from anywhere! I still can't figure out how or if I can customize the name each light in the app. I have to guess which is which.
