Not sure if this is an app issue or some other problem but I've just a connection issue. No websites would connect and the hub status page showed 'disconnected'. The hub was all green except the 'voice' LED which was amber. I went to the app (on 5G) and did 'check my service' - it came back as 'all ok'!! This is clearly a faulty response as internet and phone weren't working. The 'workaround' was simple - reboot the hub!! Why did the service check say all was OK?? Screenshots available!!

I SAID I AM NOT INTERESTED IN A REPLY! LEAVE ME ALONE! I WILL DELETE AND REPOST! DO NOT REPLY! PLEASE! RESPECT THIS! Please please please do NOT reply! This app functions barely adequately, a lot or stability, functionality improvements necessary. Faffy to view bills, quire a few clicks, the broadband tester reliability needs improving. Everything about it.

Access to Sky Talk Shield settings and Internet security settings has been unavailable for several months now. Sky are fully aware of this, when are they going to fix it? I have spoken to them 3 times, and still it hasn't been sorted.
