Ratings and reviews

Service is not good. They cancel booking at last minute. But if customer cancel the booking even one day before they don't even provide the refund. They charge all booking amount as cancellations charge. Included KM range is always 20 to 30km less than the actual distance due to which you will be charged again as per extra km range price. If they unable to provide CAB they ask upto Rs 1000/- extra for providing third party agent CAB. Beware of such scam.

With cabBazar it was my first and last experience, such a worst service i never had expected. Service provider can only bully their customers. My complete day wasted because i thought their might be congestion so it is taking time to provide cab service but i was wrong. I waited for almost 6 hours to get cab but still i didn't receive and when i called them multiple times they asked for extra money and when i asked why are you asking for that then they told that this is extra charge due to rush.

Worst service experience, i had booked cab for an emergency purpous for next day, after 9 hours of booking and continuous followup, they had cancelled booking at night. They don't left any option for our travel. Extremely poor service.
