UPDATE 2020 ... Finally, there has been an update to the program and it works! Working well on a Pixel phone. Thanks making it work. Says to connect to home wifi to watch. I am connected. Has to be an app issue since others have posted on the same issue for months. UPDATE ... Almost a year later and no update from Bell. No customer support. Total waste.

This app is very disappointing. I moved from an area that has Xfinity, and they are light years ahead of this app. On Xfinity you can: Subject to licensing restrictions, you can watch many of the channels on "external" networks. You can use the app to watch programs that you have saved to your DVR. You can manage your DVR recordings. (Set up, cancel, modify, delete). You can download your saved DVR recordings to your mobile device for offline viewing - great if you travel by air frequent

Y'all need to fix this junky app. It changes the channel on its own & constantly freezes. This happens on my tablet and my phone. Also I can't watch app unless I'm home. How good is that if I want to watch when I'm not home? Also CatchUp don't work on the app. I see you all losing customers because of this trash. Spectrum's app rocked when I was with them. Seriously considering getting rid Cincinnati Bell and going back to Spectrum period.
