Advantage Auto Quick Photo – The Advantage Auto Quick Photo App will allow you to upload images regarding your recent claim. The App will guide you through the steps needed to capture the pictures of your vehicle’s damage and submit them for review. The App will allow you to achieve all of this without having to drive to a repair facility or leaving the comfort of your home.

Very data consuming, long time to get it done. To take the photos was a odyssey! The instructions or guide for EACH photo appear on a window that is almost impossible to pass thru to take the pic is asking you to take ! The actual window with the app camera appears after having to maneuver like MacGyver to get it on the phone screen ....and repeat! Time consuming is an understatement! I guess it would be entertaining for people that have nothing to do, and have all the time in the world! 👎

It doesn't let you take photos if you have more more then one claim. If you are lucky and no one hits your car maybe you can take photos for just your only claim. If something bad happen to your car and you have a second claim don't hope to get it fixed fast enough. Be patient. It would take months to get it done.

I was sent this app by your claims adjuster to upload info, pics, and video due to my vehicle being hit by on of your insured. When I got to the app section asking me to turn my phone horizontally to take the video, the app would freeze and not give an option to start recording. I have already uninstalled the app and tried again and it froze in the same spot. Please advise on a fix.
