Something is seriously wrong with your app. It started around 2 weeks ago. When I finish using the app, it stays open in the background on my phone, which is fine. But for some reason, when it's open in the background it absolutely eats and drains my battery. It was responsible for 66% of my total battery use, and also causing consistent overheating. and I'm not even using the app, its just open in the background. I've been using this app for years but this particular issue just started. Pls fix

Buggy app. "Customize" items added to cart cannot be removed nor quantity reduced. Have to abandon the purchase and either buy from another vendor or use another food delivery platform.

It's cheaper than grab. I'm happy with the electric options. Customer service is bad. They upgrade your ride for "free". Not free, you have to pay more. Becareful.
