This app is great for booking. However, we are not sure if it is good with the promotions it advertised. The restaurant which we dine at had no idea what the promo was about and as much as they would like to honor it, chope did not make it possible for that to happen - there was no voucher, instructions or whatsoever to use the promo. So the staff at the restaurant had to work around it and give us the same promotion value. Many thanks to the restaurant staff though.

Totally unable to log in despite using the correct Username and Password! Already have a Chope account which is easily accessible via the Chope website. But, the App insists an "incorrect username is keyed in"! Even if I try to register for a 'new' account , the App says 'this email address has already been registered.' Yes! But still can't access my account via this App!! Really ridiculous!😠

First time user. Thought it was a convenient platform. Who knows they can't even get something basic like a reservation right. My party of 7 including old folks turned up to be turned away as they have a wedding that day. The restaurant claims to have blocked their availability yet we were still able to make a reservation. And there's no way we can confirm the booking or call without making a separate search in Google for it. Will think twice before booking again. Very disappointed with Chope.
