The app is cloud based and the refresh interval is 5 minutes. This is the only option for NJoy inverters. This app looks optimized for Installers, not end users. in order for me to view my inverter data, i have to login each time, then navigate 2 extra pages with single option to select ( i have a single address and a single inverter). Suggestion for developer(s): The notification "This is the latest version" should be reversed and only show if there are updates available.

The app allows control of my inverter, and is straightforward to change most settings. However it falls down on the monitoring side. The data only displays cumulative values to the nearest whole number, but with two decimal places visible (always x.00). Further, the data only updates every 5 minutes, there should be no reason why real time monitoring is not available. I've tried emailing the support email but the emails return with an undeliverable message.

This app stops working and crashes very frequently. One is required to re install it and again do all required settings. Often it stops displaying details, appears to be full of bugs. Really discouraging. 👉 It doesn't update data in real time, takes 5 minutes or more. Can this be set to show instant data ?
