Unable to use the app as it just pops up a star at the top and doesn't allow to skip or enter to the other options, same issue with other mobiles as well.

I tried calling the emergency number provided on the Cloudnine app, but unfortunately, no one answered my calls. This was quite disappointing, especially in an emergency situation.

Your new app UI is frustrating. The fonts are too light, too small, and difficult to read. Worse, they cannot be adjusted. This is not what users expect.
