Dropping a five star rating so that my bad experience with the app will be displayed on top, and maybe the customer service will finally attend to it. I've face lots of issues using the bittoken app. I've been trying to do my kyc for over three months now and it always keeps getting rejected. What's the way forward because I'm so frustrated right now. There's no customer service available and t's really hard to not label bittoken a big SCAM at this point!!

the app is good, smooth and easy to use but I have mined for over a month now non-stop and I got 500 btt and the live conversation according to the live conversation 1btt is equivalent to 0.5usd only for me trying to sell quates and I saw that 1btt was equivalent to 0.011usd, it's so poor and so frustrating that's why I rooted it we just two star I think the app need an upgrade because the price is too low.

I would have love to give it more stars, but... it keeps declining my kyc, I have used 2 different phones with sharp Camera to do both facial likeness and others, but it keeps rejecting, I also contacted the live chat, I was re directed to someone, who asked for screen shots, after sending details to him, no response over a week now am stock here. which other contact should I reach on the app.
