Ratings and reviews

First of all, the mobile app and web page crashes right after you login!! This is Severity 1 Priority 1 defect which is not resolved yet! Next issue- after setting the correct location preferences, outside Maharashtra matches are showing. I have set the preferred location filter as Maharashtra and Goa. But the app is repeatedly showing the girls matches from South India! Very few matches from Maharashtra are shown. Contacted customer care on email, but they're unable to understand the issue!

good start and getting genuine intros, but the quantity of profiles is less. their swiping mechanism similar to tinder means sometimes you get matches where the other party isn't aware of connecting. I myself swiped right by mistake and later canceled. Also the support email gets automatic response from AI. there is no way to see if your biodata fits the partners preferences because they don't ask details (in terms of partner's salary, location, caste/caste no bar, etc).

The app is not working properly. To open the app I have to login using OTP every time. I am facing a lot of difficulty in using it. Even after filtering the location, profiles of different locations are being shown. Mostly the profiles are fake. All these profiles need to be verified only after that you should be ready to use them.
