As of 4/1/20 your STILL just closing the reports and saying its been addressed and it hasn't!!two reports that happened too!,and before i would report illegal dumping you would come and get it within days now its months!or not at all!24-9-25 when a case is closed,you have an option of asking questions via the email,I've sent 3 emails asking about aspects of 3 different cases..not one has been replied to!!tokenism at its finest..give the illusion of caring..but not really!

I downloaded the app I have written them told them about issues and problems they would write back and say it was already done and it Hasn't been done..... They need a team of people to get the application to work correctly and then they need to not get back to us with a lie... They don't follow through they will say something is done when it's not done..... I reported many potholes never have the potholes been fixed,..... It's been many years now still they have not been fixed.

No matter how I try to add photos, the app returns back to the start. Useless if I can't add photos!!! Tried clearing the app cache and app data. Tap new report. Tap add photo, select photo, app returns back to start page, new report. Absolutely useless app!!!! I'd give zero stars if possible.
