I have Requested the city to cut the grass weakly on the fire hydrant area, but they have not. They have only cut it once a month ago and have not come back. I do not feel I need to keep calling them about this situation.

Best App Ever! I live on a street where we have a one block long alley and my apartment is the only one who uses the alley to park behind our home! The pot holes were getting terrible and I heard about the 311 App and put in a request to have them fixed, 2 days later all 6 potholes were smooth with new asphalt! Thank you 311 and the city of Little Rock!

The app does not have every scenario to report but once reported action is usually quick. If a picture is taken at the site, an accurate address is registered. I have great experience using the app.
