311 Doesn't accept my Little Rock, AR number and mostly is useless. Why? I don't need to fillout a form just to ask a question.

Best App Ever! I live on a street where we have a one block long alley and my apartment is the only one who uses the alley to park behind our home! The pot holes were getting terrible and I heard about the 311 App and put in a request to have them fixed, 2 days later all 6 potholes were smooth with new asphalt! Thank you 311 and the city of Little Rock!

It seems as though no in one checks this app. I put in requests but still have to call them. What's the point of having an app? Furthermore, no request has been updated on over a week. Everything remains in "SUBMITTED" status. Seriously, 311 is a huge DISAPPOINTMENT!
