Out of ANY app I have on my phone, this one has the most issues. I check my account daily and it seems like at LEAST 5x a week, NO exaggeration it says 'error occured' or 'error, please contact bank for more info' Its super frustrating!!!😑😑😑😑upon reading other reviews, I seem to be the only one having this issue, I don't get it, everyone is saying how great it is. It's not like I have an old phone or anything (Samsung galaxy s10)

It's basic app and needs to be more updated. I should be able to lock my card like most apps allow and view my card because sometimes I leave it at home. I am unable to add this card to my Google pay I do not get any notification either. The bank itself sometimes is annoying with the fraudulent purchases and locks my card and don't don't let that happen on a Friday or Saturday. I have had this account for 3 or 4 years and never reported any fraud.

App worked perfect before the update. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. Developer should run a test before releasing a questionable update. Just another reason to switch financial institutions. Dissatisfied customer. *Update* 5/10/22 App is no longer crashing and working as usual. It's a useful application. It took a while to update the application but it's working correctly now.
