I didn't like the band because once when its battery was low it switched off. After Charging it I saw everything was reset. Then I used the app to connect it. It was not connecting so i have to reinstall the app. When I connected it The phone was showing "Your band was not recognized" There was no other way to connect it. EDIT: Now it finally works . Thank you

Very bad experience. It worked well for 3 months or so. Then one day I had my band's battery low. By the time I got it charged the app showed no working. ' rush has stopped working' was the only thing that showed up inmy phone. I switched the app to another phone now..where the band is not able to connect. Every time it shows an error in correcting. I request the team to correct it as soon as possible.

The inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted. Try to clear the app data & cache, reinstall the app & check. Also, make sure that the device is connected to the internet. Hi, I chose SF Rush because it was offered at an attractive price point when compared to market competition. I wouldn't necessarily complain about the functionalities because I knew fully well what I signed up for when I made this purchase. But I'm having trouble connecting the app to the device even though there is sufficient charge. It has barely connected since I bought the device. It's the only issue I have and it's a major buzz kill in terms of user experience.
