I hv improved the rating from 1 to 4 because of quick response from customer care team. For the suggestion and improvement; please improve and update options to 'mange placed orders'. A estimated delivery date must always appear along with reason for delay if any. Further on IVR in case executives are busy because of any reasons. please say it immediately on call not after waiting for 7 to 8 minutes.

Firstly they don't provide an ETA of when the product will be delivered. On enquiring they say it's because their products are made to order and provide an ETA which equals to almost a month's delivery! In this day and age how can a company survive where it's competitors deliver in days and it takes a month for them to deliver. Secondly the status of the order will stay on "processing" for days on end leaving the customer clueless about what's happening with the order. Thirdly there is no option to pay on delivery so your money is stuck for a month with them and you don't get your product till late. I made the mistake of ordering 3 items on 23 Oct. I got one in a few days and quite frankly the pouch looks like jute sown together and it doesn't have the same appeal as in pics. Now the rest are in process forever. I don't see an option to cancel the order prior to delivery. Overall it's not a good user experience at all compared to competitors. There are other bags and pouches out there which you can get faster and cheaper and definitely without all these hassles. When I look at reviews everyone's complaining about the same delivery issues but DO's only response is "apologies please get in touch over email". Not good. Not good at all.

Worst Experience. I had ordered 2 cases from daily object and both the case colour was different from what was ordered. The process is very slow. It took about 20 days for the product to be delivered, there is no update or notification regarding the delay in delivery. One of the product was returned and the refund has taken more than 12 days. Would not recommend daily object to anyone.
