Vision RFS – Emerald allows your technicians to efficiently work in the field while staying in-sync with Vision users in the office. Your technicians will be able to access their schedule, log details regarding the work they performed, and collect payment before leaving for the day.

All of this functionality is available now with an improved user interface designed to further streamline your tech’s day.

I constantly have problems with the app. it'll stop my time out of no where and then I have to battle with my company to have it fixed. makes me hate my job a little bit more everyday. can't figure out how to see total hours that I have on job either. very confusing. time is money and I shouldn't have to waste it on a app that supposed to keep track of it.

extremely difficult to navigate, costs hours of downtime everyweek

My employer is obsessed with vision apps, and every time a new 1 is released, they go to the new app, which is usually right after they have finally worked all the kinks out of the old 1 after spending months if not years trying to fix issues only to make it worse. Every time they try to ''fix'' an issue they make it worse or introduce new problems, and more often than not, whenever they change anything about an app or release a new 1 it will start acting up if not just quit working altogether.
