The app is not user-friendly. Using the device's back button logs me out instead of navigating back within the app. I have to use the back icon at the top left, which is not convenient. DBS provides a reduced virtual limit for using the card online until the physical card arrives, but there is no option to view the card number. After spending a lot of time searching for the card number in the app, I contacted customer support, but they had no answers. The app needs significant improvement.

Hi, I am not able to make my credit card payment. I've tried making payment twice and both the time amount got deducted from my bank account. I tried making payment few days ago which got revesed. I've tried UPI, Debit card and Net banking from two different accounts but every time payment either got failed or amount get deducted but in app it is showing as transaction cancelled. Today is the last day for payment. Kindly look into the my query. Thank you
