Ratings and reviews

No notification for low water. Thats the main reason I chose this fountain over a cheaper one that holds more water. You can set the notification to tell you when the water goes below the minimum water level BUT the pump turns off before it goes below the water line so it just stops the water flow with no notifications. I've triple checked that my notifications for the app are on AND that that reminder is enabled. Still doesn't work. Do not recommend the fountain but feeders work as expected.

The app works great. I have no complaints about the functionality, options, features or connectivity. I am sick of advertising. I already purchased the product and every time I open the app I get two pop-up ads for other services. If they had a new service they wanted to advertise they could do it one time as long as I could click something that says don't show me this again. Anything more than that is an intrusion on something where I shouldn't be seeing these ads.

Our cat has had trouble keeping food down for years. We tried all sorts of traditional slow feeders, prescription food, and expensive medical tests. Nothing worked. We bought this feeder to accommodate some changes in our lifestyle and it also dramatically reduced our cat's food regurgitation issues to almost zero. It is great!
