The EV QuickSmart Mobile app is the official app from Electro-Voice for mobile device control of portable loudspeakers.

EV QuickSmart Mobile is an essential tool for simultaneously configuring, controlling, and monitoring on up to 6 Bluetooth™ equipped EV portable loudspeakers Including ZLX G2 series, ELX200 series, EVOLVE series, EVERSE 8, and EVERSE 12 - Now available in white. Using BLE connectivity, you can adjust EQ settings, gain, preset, and crossover parameters while in front of your PA system. You can even mix your entire show on the fly from your device with mixer equipped speakers like EVOLVE 30M/50M and EVERSE 8 and EVERSE 12. Have peace of mind knowing that you are treating your system well during a performance with signal and limiter status indicators, battery life indicators for EVERSE, as well as notifications for loss on connection and input clip events. I have trouble getting the phone to connect to the speaker through the app. I follow instructions it seems I have to spend 15 minutes going back and forth back and forth and then finally it will connect. The whole time it says connection failed I checked my internet everything's okay. I do it the same exact way every time and finally it comes on and any little glitch it turns off and I have to go through the whole ordeal again. Although when it works it works great and sounds freaking fantastic.

This does not install on my phone, I have to open in play store. I can't get both of evolve 50s to connect at the same time. It seems to offer no real control of the speakers. I was hoping to adjust the settings during my karaoke singers and then go back to my djing settings, one would this would be a minimum option. Maybe I'm missing something?

quicksmart app has worked reliably with older EV Evolve 50 but the app connects for 1 minute then fails when connecting to EV Evolve 30m, and critically, if the app has an input on mute, the speaker interface does not update or change this so you have to power cycle the speaker to get it working again... This problem exists on 2 different Quicksmart instances on 2 different android devices. So what is at fault? the speaker Bluetooth module, the Evolve 30m speaker firmware, or the app?
