Ratings and reviews

Useless and far behind other camera systems. Keeps logging me out and says "authentication failure". Not great when monitoring a business. Too many false alarms from outside the geofenced camera zones. Customer service is a joke. They take forever to respond and can't seem to fix the issues. Yes, my app/software is up to date. I run 3 camera systems for my business. This one was the most expensive and the worst. I have a much cheaper Unifi system that runs circles around Bosch.

Won't open at all with the March Pixel update. Attempted to contact the developer but received no response. Won't allow more than 4 logical cameras to be viewed, which literally means if you have a multi-imager you are maxed out. To view a different image, you have to close one of the current ones and then go through the UI to find and add a new one.

Hello. Unfortunately, the way the images are displayed and the arrangement of the cameras is not attractive. I think it would be much better if we have four or eight cameras instead of the current display. My other question is, how can I install the Bosch camera program (Video Security) on the Sony Android TV? It is not available on Google Play TV.
