I had been a depositor for five years. I had reset my new PIN and when I tried to login in my new PIN it didn't match until it reached three times so I reset my new PIN and had the same problem again. Will you fix it because I cannot login in. Since you are collaborating with My SSS you need to fix your system for SSS members.

The customer support is not very prompt with their service. My account has been blocked, and I requested assistance to unblock, since the Reset PIN option is not working. It's been more than 6-hours now, and my issue still hasn't been resolved. It's a real worry, given I needed to access my account for finance reasons. Update: my issue has been resolved the next day, as support is only available upto 6pm. Customer support could use better process w/responses and processing issues. Thank you!

Why is it so hard to verify my account? The only difference is that I was previously long hair when my ID's was taken but now I have short hair. What kind of AI or person that you task in verifying an account? Didn't have this issue with other digital banks. Been doing this for the past couple of months, even was blocked but was unblock using the same ID's that I have submitted. Please improve your verification method. Very disappointed!
