lately I can't log in it's like the server isn't working . please fix as this is my go to bank app. please it's inconvenient,very inconvenient. I've now re installed it and it's still not working. extremely frustrating

poor in customer service care💔 i have been calling them for 2days now and still there is no response the app has locked not activating poor ver poor

Who are you tech guys building your apps? Kopasmart loan app not accepting KYC verification, KB app not accepting registration clicking submit and just hanging there as if I've done nothing in filling the required fields. Kindly do something better
