Over the last year the app has been having multiple glitches including failing to launch or transact at critical moments when one needs to settle bills. Kindly fix it as all one gets from customer care is "sorry for your experience". A payment gateway needs to be solid for trust/ reliability in business.

Woiye you guys are being let down by such poor customer service agents: deceitful, unethused by their work, and rarely get things done. I had to wait an entire week just to register an account, which I did in a few minutes on the KCB app. Kwani you guys are not paying BuruBuru Branch staff or take them out for team buildling?? Good riddance.

It's was my favourite bank but until I paid double of a loan I borrowed which was 3k and I paid close to 6k.🤥🤥. Like that was not even enough, they started deducting my money little by little telling me that they are paying auctioneers ...A worst bank to have. 🤕🤒
