Over the last year the app has been having multiple glitches including failing to launch or transact at critical moments when one needs to settle bills. Kindly fix it as all one gets from customer care is "sorry for your experience". A payment gateway needs to be solid for trust/ reliability in business.

This is very frustrating, the app keeps hanging on payment, sometimes it just keeps loading when logging in, today I really got embarrassed when making payments at the supermarket 😞,I use this app to even buy sugarcane, that's how much I use it.

-2 for poor customer support and an insulting UI. You ought to offer better customer support if I need to be manually allowed access to MY ACCOUNT via the app every once in a while. I struggle to understand how banks in Kenya operate. What's the reason behind this? I have never once been required to contact support to "activate" the Mpesa app or PayPal, etc. We are so behind!
