Too slow, you need to look where's the problem while opening an account, the systems are too low, otp can take an hour before it gets delivered.

-2 for poor customer support and an insulting UI. You ought to offer better customer support if I need to be manually allowed access to MY ACCOUNT via the app every once in a while. I struggle to understand how banks in Kenya operate. What's the reason behind this? I have never once been required to contact support to "activate" the Mpesa app or PayPal, etc. We are so behind!
