Ratings and reviews

They just have the slowest customer service that is very frustrating. They take forever to sort out ones issue and even claims to be doing it yet they are not helping you out. For example I have had a back abd forth Convo for 3weeks now just on the same problem and it's never been solved till date 🤦 Just came to then if you want wack service.

One of the worst designed mobile banking apps I've ever seen. The biggest drawbacks for me is that I can't access joint accounts, there is no in-built customer support chat, and I can't apply for any additional services (like opening a fixed deposit account, which instead requires you to leave the app & visit them in-person). It's only saving grace is that it works consistently. I've seen other Kenyan banking apps fail regularly. The NCBA online banking is just as badly designed too. Garbage!

sometimes hanging. no favourites like in other apps. when doing send money, if the phone number is not saved in the phone book for choosing in the phone book drop down, the book drops down. The UI shows an error. sometimes it accepts... a feedback I have given to you via call attendants, and as a software engineer, I feel bad seeing such small production inconsistencies.
