About this app

Panketal Netzgesellschaft GmbH provides a new and free service platform for all Panketal Netzgesellschaft GmbH customers.
Note: Users of the customer portal can log in to the app with the same access data (email address and password).

Are you not a registered customer yet? No problem, use guest access in our app.

1) Meter reading recording
You can use the app to record the required meter reading. You will then receive a confirmation by email in just a few minutes.

What is OCR?
OCR stands for “Optical Character Recognition” and is simply referred to in German as text recognition. This means that the ElbEnergie app reads the meter reading as a number format using the OCR software and your cell phone camera. All you need to do is hold your camera in front of your meter and your meter reading will be recognized within a few seconds (no need to take a photo).

You can then send the recorded meter reading and receive a confirmation by email in just a few minutes.

2) My meter readings
Here you can view all meter readings that we have recorded in the billing system.

3) Consumption history
In your consumption history you will find all your consumption, except for the voluntary readings (intermediate readings), listed graphically and in tables.

4) My area
Here you can view your personal data, as well as frequently asked questions and answers (FAQ) about the app.

5) News
You have chosen online communication! All messages are contained in “Your inbox”. If you need help, you can also contact “Support”

6) More (fault information etc)
All additional functions in one overview.

Use:
You can use our Panketal Netzgesellschaft app in just three steps:

Step 1 = Download the app
Download the app from the Google Play Store here.

Step 2 = Registration in the app
You can use the “Register” link to create a new customer account, which you can use for our customer portal and for the Panketal Netzgesellschaft app. For this you need your contract account and business partner number. If you already have a customer portal account, you can proceed directly to step 3.

Step 3 = Login to app
Log in to the app with your access data and get started. Customer portal users who have already registered can log in to our app using the same access data.
