Booked for an event that I can't go to because I got sick and don't want to spread it, their refund policies are based on event, majority dont refund, and because of this setup with tickets in app with accounts and all sorts of personal info fishing they do, you can't give a ticket to a friend

Worked fine when it worked, but I've been kicked out of my account - the app keeps returning an error that something went wrong with my request when I try and sign in. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. It's not an account issue, buying tickets via the website on my account still works. Edit 29/02/24 - Still can't log into my account. It's been this way for months. This app is quite literally unusable.

Just another one of these spammy, information-hungry ticketing apps. I was redirected to it when buying tickets online, but only *after* payment was taken did I find that they were now held hostage and I'd need to download an unwanted app and give it my mobile number in order to access them. How about you try to sell people your app based on its actual value rather than because you refuse to email the tickets in an open format? Started getting notifications from it a day later. Uninstalled.
