Well a WORST experience with this app. Few months ago I tried to register an account but it freezed on the the third step and didn't let me complete the process! Tried several times, nothing happened. Now when I've successfully registered an account, they're not verifying my account, said "It will take one business days" 3-4 business have gone, still waiting! Pathetic service and customer support. Don't recommend this app!!!

Was good earlier. But now having a very bad experience since a month. Everytime i make an IBFT from this app, it is not transferred to the recipient. I have to lodge disputes which takes months to get solved. One of my dispute is still pending since a month. Same goes for the transfer from another bank into this wallet, amount is not received due to server issues. Pathetic experience going on with me recently. Highly disappointed. Same goes for my ABL account. IBFT issues everytime in myABL.

I have visited three ABL branches in my city many times to upgrade from level 0 to level 1 but doesn't succeeded. I have done my biometric verification but still the app shows visit nearest branch for biometric verification to upgrade to level 1. It's my worst experience with this app. I have contacted helpline and complaint management but nothing changed.
