At the start it was very good app.. but later on it has started malfunctioning. For last couple of months experience has been very poor. Can't get to transfer page bcz it appears blank. Have to turn off n turn on again n again wasting so much time. May be needs an update or something like that to fix it. Developer is plz requested to look into this issue.

It was amazing at first, but for last dew months, it buggy. It works for a very few time. Other than that, it always almost shows blank page to transfer , bills pay or anything. Nothing shows up. It means if i deposit in your app , i am gonna stuck with payments because i dont know when it will be back working. Please fix this. Already been months.

Absolutely horrible. The design of the app is pukeworthy and when you're past that, the actual app doesn't always work. I've been trying to pay my bills and I can't get through since I can't receive my OTPs. Its also absolutely stupid to not be able to add a beneficiary unless you send an amount. Sometimes I just want to add a person, not send them money at the same time. If it wasn't for my office account, I wouldn't be anywhere close to this waste of a bank.
