I was a satisfied ABL customer. But all of sudden everything messed up as their mobile app stopped working on my cell. It's been four days since I reported this issue but to no avail. They haven't paid any heed so far. Truly, I'm very disappointed with their customer service esp. helpline. After following them till 3 days, they've formally lodged my complain which seems to me a lollypop as all my payments are stuck & they've asked for 15 days time. I'm seriously pondering over changing my bank.

A few weeks ago I gave this app five stars because it was one of the best digital banking apps I had used. Recently, direct payments have been restricted, and now I am required to add an account to the payee list before making a payment. This change is inconvenient, especially when I only need to make a one time payment. I would like to understand why adding a payee has become mandatory in such cases. Poor Strategy.

This app is very unreliable. For the past two days, the unregistered payee service has been down, which forces me to register every person before making a transaction. Even then, I am not receiving the OTP. I contacted the helpline multiple times over the last two days, but there has been no response. Unfortunately, service outages have become a regular issue, occurring almost every month
