This review is based on my experience, of course, not because of the app itself. I have had the bank manager, regional manager, and tech department try and get me logged in to no avail. Then everyone just seemed to give up on me! And I still can't log in. The app itself is perfectly fine, I just can't use it. The local manager has been rude, almost like it's something I did!

The app is fast and i love being ablr to transfer between accounts without having to go in or call the bank. Its crashed on me a few times but when i called the people were really nice and handled everything very fast.

Your mobile banking app accepted a check that First Interstate's mobile banking system rejected. When I called them for help they said their system wasn't reading the check so there was no way to deposit it without taking the check to one of their branches. The pictures of the printed check were crystal clear.
