To use the FirstBank Personal Banking app, you must be enrolled as a FirstBank Personal Banking digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Updated. Worthless app. Basically a decade of AWFUL. This is the forth phone I've had with this same issue. It's definitely the app. Depositing checks should not be such a headache. 3 checks, about an hour of time, and easily 40 or more tries and I get ONE damn check to (hopefully) get deposited?! That's crazy. 7-13-24 STILL doesn't work!! Get the check in focus beautifully. Click for picture. App takes it totally out of focus. Please try again.. 50+ times.. NOPE.

This latest update has NOT fixed errors and bugs but instead has created them. My app was working perfectly fine until this most recent update. Now it has not functioned properly since the update and always has syncing errors despite restarting app and restarting entire phone. This is a very big problem for me as I cannot check my balances, set up bill pay or transfers, etc. and it needs to be fixed ASAP.

Won't let me unlock my card and it took off my security settings as well and the page won't load properly after updating. Wouldn't let me write another review. But the mobile app issue still has not been resolved. I shouldn't have to worry about the issues I'm having. If I could rate this app a 0 I would
