This app crashes and won't reopen..when it rarely works it's great but mostly doesn't work. No support available

Horrible...If I could I would leave 0 stars......left my pool horrendus!!!! don't recommend ever!! Canceled my service because I asked why someone has come 2 times today....I guess the first employee was worried that he messed up and called the boss to check. Now my service is cancelled because I asked why he also is coming today.... he got upset and even threw my gate closed..... All I asked was why 2 people coming today to service my pool.....People get upset when you tell them the truth....
