About this app

Allows users to track parent and child's food intake, especially vital for breastfeeding families. The log also features symptom and stool input with picture uploads. This provides a seamless space for parents to easily look for reaction trends, track food trialing, and annotate day/times for food trialing passes and fails. All of this information is shown in an easy to read history tab or exported into an excel spreadsheet which can be sent to your medical provider.

Our son is almost 3 and has been sick from 2 weeks old, the trackers have been instrumental in figuring out what foods that I (breastfeeding) and he (solids) were eating causing issues. It's even helped us to see some environmental triggers that we didnt expect. I can run reports and give them to his specialists at appointments, keep track of diaper and rash photos etc in 1 place without needing a diaper folder on my phone! Best tracker app we've used to manage complex illness

So helpful and easy to use! Everything you need to track in one place, including the ability to upload pics. This app combined with the info and guidance from the Free to Feed team helped me understand which food proteins my baby was likely reacting to. That information helped me tailor my diet to baby's needs and calm her reactive system. Calm and happy baby=calm and happy mama! Wishing I'd had this during my first baby allergy journey years ago. Thanks Dr. Trill and team!

This is a GREAT App for tracking possible food allergies in infants while breastfeeding. I have looked for something like this for years. Having two children with food allergies and still breastfeeding one, this is so helpful for tracking possible allergens.
