Works eventually, I had difficulties assigning device to wifi, had to setup guest ssid as 2.4ghz only before I could get it to connect in EZ mode, AP mode on the device I couldn't get to work. Can't add it to Google home, not sure about Alexa. No widgets or home shortcuts which limits how easily and quickly I came use it all.
