The images are incorrect. It literally just gives you norifications, like whenever a client makes a reservation or has checked in. You are unable to actually do anything with it other then check the notifications. I'm not sure why it has the report card images as if you could actually use it when you cannot. The name if the app is at least accurate. It is gingr notifications.

Like other's, I downloaded this app just so I can leave a review, especially since customer service is non existent. Software crashed yesterday, which is bad enough, but when it came back up, it reverted back to Wednesday and didn't save any appointments made for 2 days. Absolutely, incredibly ridiculous. This software is constantly changing ages of dogs and appointments that get made, why it even exists is beyond me. If I had the power to drop it, I would have a year ago.

Genuinely useless. We live in the age of apps. Step up your game or step aside while your competitors out pace you. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this app, and therefore this product. Because if you can't create a properly functioning app how can't we trust you to be functional and therefore profitable to have and rely on for client information and interactions?
