Closes everytime I open it. Also, the warranty clerk says my scans from 6/23/22 didn't come through so now what?!?!? Samsung S20+. Also when looking at a coworkers phone that has used this app 3 times we found it strange that the app doesn't seem to store the history of the QR codes that have been "possibly successfully" sent.

EDIT NEW PHONE. 1.QR no longer works flawlessly.(my old phone I could wave my phone passed it and scan it all blurry just fine) New phone I have to hope and pray that me perfectly holding everything in place an properly focused will scan. (Maybe issue with multiple camera phones? Old one had a single camera on the rear) 2.Fingerprint login now works properly (I think because my old phone was rooted it didn't like it). If I didn't have to use RPT for recalls I would stop using immediately.

Hi Colin, thanks for the feedback on the QR scan! Glad it's working flawlessly for you. We would be happy to take a look into the fingerprint issue. Can you please replicate the steps on your device and use the "Send Feedback" feature?

"Your internet connection has been lost. Some features may be unavailable." My internet connection allowed me to call the help desk like I was supposed to. My internet connection allowed me to scroll Facebook while waiting for help. My internet connection allowed me to get bounced from the help desk to someone else's phone who wasn't available to take a call. This app fills me with rage Update Oct. 18 - Issue has been rectified. Hi Chris, sorry for the issues you are running into on the CSMT application. We are aware of an intermittent server issue and are working on a solution. As a workaround, please retry the client actions where you received this message.
