About this app

Your complete pre & postnatal workout program to safely and effectively guide you through all stages of motherhood! These follow along, at home workout videos are all designed to strengthen your body for pregnancy, for delivery, and for a smooth recovery postpartum.

Becky Burgess is a mother to 3 little ones, and completely understands the challenges women go through as busy mothers. She is a certified trainer, women's fitness specialist, and pre/postnatal fitness specialist. She has guided thousands of women through their pregnancies and postpartum journeys, and has helped them feel strong, confident, and empowered throughout the process.

The workout videos are divided into sections to help you through whatever stage you are in, with new workouts added to the library weekly! Workouts are broken down into:

The workouts are quick and effective, require only a set of dumbbells and a stability ball, and are all designed for you to get the MOST out of your exercise, and then get on with your day!

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Good for the Swole on a monthly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

I think there are some technical things that would make the app more user friendly, like an automatic playlist for the week for each trimester with the workouts, but the content Becky creates is amazing and so helpful to this second time pregnant mama. The breathing instruction while doing the exercises and the pelvic floor relaxing episodes are game changing. Thanks, Becky!

I love the workouts and love the new app! It's so easy and takes no time at all to get a workout up and going on the app. Workouts are a great length. I can squeeze it in during nap time without having to plan it out or take too long to choose one... It's right there as "Today's Workout"! I always feel so good after doing one of Becky's workouts!

It runs really well and she's has it set up really nicely. The workouts are challenging but always with room for modifications, which is so need with pregnancy and postpartum! It's nice to have her doing everything along with you. My biggest qualm is that I want to listen to her cues so I usually don't listen to music which I do miss.
