I found one of the biggest bugs in the app. Whenever I search for any bus and select a seat, if I cancel the booking for any reason without even going to the payment page and then try to book the same seat again, it shows as already booked. This issue appears on all devices using the same app, which is completely wrong and misleading.

I am happy with booking facilities, it is easy to use. but we are not able to track the bus in the app that we have booked. Also the bus number details with crew contact number the SMS is not coming prior we catch the bus, we need to go early and lot of waiting and watch over each bus so that we don't miss the bus.🙄

for booking, it's working fine but after booking you can't check your booked vehicle number. customer care is also not able to help. while checking "know your bus", after entering PNR or related details, the app does not show any details and crashes in every attempt. Worst experience till now.
