9/15/2024 Update: This has fully replaced all other gym apps for me. Unlimited templates and custom exercises, total flexibility for tracking weight/reps/time/RPE. Can do DropSets, etc. You can group templates by program! A must have for those of us who must use different programs for different gyms due to travel, or due to injuries, etc You can even import/export data, which is great for tracking progression No ads, no fees. Thank you dev!

If you liked Strong simple UI (or Hevy, but it is the same) but don't want to pay for viewing your history or adding custom exercises. If you tried FitNotes that can do what Strong and Hevy do for free but with another type of logging and UI, and it doesn't suits you. If you look for something simple, free, without ads, social medias and premade workout. If you can create your own workout on your own or find some online and just want to simply track your progress. It was lacking, it is here.

I'd like the app to let you copy workouts done previously so that you can start a workout from there. I have my templates, but I don't want to overwrite them to achieve something like this. I'd like that RPE wasn't needed to rate on every set of exercises that use this function. On warmup weights, there is not too much use of RPE, and being forced to rate it makes the logging process slower. RPE for me is for working sets in reality. Despite that, the app is awesome.
