The Phone app is not functional due to the lag. The controls don't seem very intuitive and because of the lag, I really don't have the patience to learn how to use it. I gave it 3 stars because the computer desktop version of Hail trace is so good. I honestly Just take a screenshot from my desktop before I go out rather than using the Phone app.

Galaxy S24 FE. Use this app for work and it's great, normally. had it for a couple weeks and it worked fine, if i was canvassing id pull a trace for the area and we were set. Now, any time i try to open it, it crashes. UPDATE: A reinstall has, so far, fixed the issue, updated to the rating the company deserves

Horrible service - Cant subscribe to a single state without getting bombarded by alerts to other states, Customer service isnt existant - scheduled a call to see if there was anyone who could call and walk through the difficult process of isolating your state and no one called to help walk through, even now customer service wont answer my questions direclty. Waste of money and your teams time, even missed a storm and had no record of it. Even now wont discuss concerns or provide answers
