The app tries too hard to simplify everything for the user. Instead of giving a list of all available jobs in your area, it has you pick only 3 job categories upon starting the app, and then only sends you jobs in those 3 categories, so choose carefully. I liked that you can swipe left or right on jobs you do and don't want, but you're unable to come back to the ones you swiped left on if you want a second look. Half the jobs it sends are not even in your area. Worst job seeking app ever.

It's sad that companies rely on this app. It doesn't work. I'm not able to put in the name of the company. It goes to a Google search instead. The job description input character parameter needs to be expanded. It does not allow a full job description. There is no way for me to put links to my you tube videos. There is no way to auto-populate using indeed or linked in. This app will decrease the job applicant pool of any company that uses this significantly.

It used to be a very good app for finding jobs,but it gets worse as they keep updating it. It all started few months ago. Now it can't load jobs,doesn't let you update your resume,can't turn on the app(it keeps showing white screen,even reseting it isn't helping),won't send the application,stops working at any time and shows black screen. Not even reinstalling helps. Very frustrating.
