The Harri TeamLive app is a scheduling and communication tool designed to foster collaboration and deliver a great employee experience for hospitality employees.

Harri TeamLive gives you more freedom to plan your personal life, with Team Scheduling that allows users to dynamically view work schedules across devices by day, week, or month. Alerts highlight new or updated work schedules so everybody is informed and scheduling conflicts become a thing of the past (because, there’s nothing worse than being understaffed for dinner rush).

Ratings and reviews

I have uninstalled and installed the app twice now, and it still doesn't let me access my schedule. Every time I try to log in, it says something went wrong. Thankfully, I get emails from the app with my schedule, but I cannot access the link to the app from these emails, which also means I cannot take a shift from a coworker or offer my shifts to anyone else.

TeamLive allows you to request time off (which the manager actually sees), message manager members (not crew though, which is annoying, I think my management locked it so you can only talk to managers?), allows you to see shifts you can cover, and tells you how much you made at the end of the day! one thing I really liked on the other app my management used, was the ability to see when you went on break. You can only see it after you clock out, not during breaks. Regardless, it's a solid app!

TeamLive is pretty decent at giving an easy to read schedule, but that's about all the good. This app will sign you out at random even if you tell it to keep you signed in. This wouldn't be so much of an issue if it's system for logging in wasn't so awful. Half the time when you try to log in it'll say "something went wrong, please try again" and spoiler alert nothing will fix it. Same can happen on the startup screen and you won't be able to log in or anything at all. Uninstall fixes the issue.
